Double room close to Clapham South & Balham

Hello! We have a double room available in a large 4-bed house in between Clapham South and Balham. It’s just off the main road, so it is quiet and peaceful but close to all the action! In the spring and summer it is perfect for quickly and easily accessing Clapham Common and Tooting Bec Common.

The room is available from 14th October but could be slightly flexible and we are looking to find some a housemate ASAP to sort out contract signing etc! You will be signing a new 12 month contract as we would love to stay in this fab house for another year!
The house:
- 3 story Maisonette
- 10 min walk to Clapham South Station (Northern Line).
- 10 min walk to Balham Station (Northern Line and National Rail).
- Light, spacious living room/dining room with large, sturdy dining table and large TV.
- Separate kitchen which includes a breakfast bar.
- Downstairs toilet.
- Spare bedroom perfect for hanging laundry/ having friends to stay.
- Lots of extra storage space.

The room:
- Fully furnished with: bed, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe.
-You will be sharing a large bathroom with separate bath and shower between 3 people (as well as downstairs toilet)
-Space for a desk to wfh.

Bills - Approx £110-£125 per month

The housemates:
You will be sharing with Chris, Leah and Hannah - three fun, outgoing and social 26-28 year olds who also met on Spare Room. We are a mix between wfh and in the office so we are completely happy for you to wfh.
We are relaxed, active people - Leah and Hannah go to the gym and Chris is a runner. We also enjoy good food, pub nights, nights out, quieter nights in and exploring the city! We are looking to find a sociable, relaxed and respectful/tidy housemate who is keen to become genuine friends as well as just housemates.
