4x2 Townhouse located a 12 min walk to Clapham South & Balham, plus well connected to Brixton. £795 p/m plus bills (£125)

The room sits on the second floor of the terrace style property, gets really nice light year round and is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. It’s quite a small sized room, but fits everything you need, including a desk for wfh if needed.

The house has 2x bathrooms, 2x toilets, plenty of under staircase storage and an open living lounge and kitchen area. We’re also incredibly lucky to have an amazing sized garden, perfect for summer BBQ's and Garden parties.

You will be living with 3 girls, Steph, Karla and Bibi. We're 28-35 years old, all get along and enjoy wine & cheese night together & hopefully a BBQ in the summer!

We're pretty social as a house, however do have our own things going on so ideally would love another female to join who is easy to get along with, respectful, tidy & likes to have a good time.

We go to the gym and frequent a walk around Tooting or Clapham common when weather permits.
