The current house has 2 Aussie girls, 1 Aussie guy and 1 British lad. We’re all professionals who have our own busy social life and while you would be one of five people, it’s a big three story house so feels quite spacious. Everyone is very friendly and keen to bust out the BBQ in summer, build a cozy garden fire in the winter or head off for a cheeky trip to the pub after work.

No wasteful admin fees or bond, simply an extra months rent paid up front which covers your last month rent before the end of your time at 69D.
