This house is located at the corner of Clapham Common, just a 5 minute walk from Clapham South Tube Station and 10 mins from Wandsworth Common station. It is situated between a 10 minute walk from Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common (best parks in South London). We have a large cool garden and a really large lounge which we often spend time in. We have loads of space for off street parking (if that’s your thing).

Please note that the deposit is 1,240, but spare room didn't let me put it in the ad details.

Our flatmate Seb is moving out after a year, so we’re looking for someone to take his room and enter the lease agreement. The room is VERY SMALL, definitely not enough space for a desk, so would be more ideal for someone who works at the office or doesn’t spend all their time in their room, and doesn't mind small spaces. You would be sharing one of the 2 bathrooms with Dan, Anpu and Joe.
It’s a social house in a great location - we get on really well and are friends, and sometimes go out to the common, occasionally play music together, talk about life, philosophy and interests, it’s just a good house.

Current tenants:
There's Anpu, a 27 year old freelancer who works in the creative industry and is a private tutor. He loves cycling, DIY, swimming, as well as vlogging for his YouTube channel and filmmaking. He's also passionate about the environment.

There's Alfredo, a 29 year old data analyst working at Universal Music. He loves writing songs in spare time, music in general, hiking, sport, cycling, meditation, comedy, socialising, philosophising and probably most other stuff you might suggest.

Dan is a 22 year old record label assistant working at 180 the strand. He loves producing music, playing tennis and learning about anything blockchain related.

Joe is 25 and works in marketing. He's a really upbeat guy who likes sports and would love to set up his own ski clothing business.

We're looking for someone very clean, calm and relaxed that might fit into the house easily and get on with everyone.

Bills are not included but will probably come to around £75-£90 depending on the energy bills that month. We have a green energy provider, our showers are electric, but the heating does use gas, which we try to minimise.

We've agreed to renew our lease with the landlord this year. The new lease will start in June 2024, but you can move in earlier. ideally, we'd prefer someone to stay until the term of the new lease (June 2025).
