Large Double Room - Clapham South

Me and my house mate Zoe are looking for somebody to move into our 3 bedroom flat in Clapham South, as our house mate is moving out!
The flat is a 5 min walk from Clapham South tube station, & is opposite Clapham Common - stunning for summer!

It is for a 12 month contract (we have to restart our contract as our house mate is leaving). You will have a double bedroom with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It is the largest room out of three bedrooms, and has lots of space for extra furniture (desk etc!).

The rent is £900 a month, and bills come to approx £85 a month.
A deposit of approx £1000 is required (TBC by landlord), and will be collected by the landlord as part of the referencing process etc.

Me (29) and Zoe (26) met on spare room over a year ago and are now good friends! We’re pretty chilled people, and we would like someone that enjoys hanging out with a glass of wine, but also enjoys their own space ☺️

I’m a mental health practitioner for children and I work in schools most of the week, with 1-2 days WFH (more days during the school holidays). Zoe WFH on Fridays, and works in the office most days.
