Spare double room in 2 bed flat next to the common

Hello,

I have a room available in a lovely 2 bed upstairs flat, 2 min walk from Clapham South station. 5 min walk to Balham and minutes away from Clapham Common.

A little about me:
During the week I work in advertising, in the office 3 days a week but wfh on Tuesdays and Fridays.

In my free time I love seeing friends, pub nights, enjoying a cheeky marg, but I also love wholesome days, cooking, gym classes, and being a couch potato with my housemates watching tv😅

I’d love to have a flatmate who I can be friends with and can share a cheeky glass (or 2) of wine with but also have our own things going on.

A bit about the flat:
The flat is newly all renovated so everything is new. It’s been decorated really nice too!

The double room is available, it comes furnished with a double bed, triple wardrobe, and big 6 draws, bed side tables etc.

We have a good size lounge with L shape sofa and a separate office room with a desk and chair. Happy to share days with whoever I end up getting in. There is plenty of space to work in the living room, bedroom or kitchen too.

We have a social kitchen at the back of the flat which has a door onto the balcony. Balcony is south facing so gets sun all day and we have a table and chairs. It's perfect for the summer!

The bathroom is big and has a wet room kind of shower, bath, toilet and even a sink!

I do have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks, but it’s a very clean/tidy flat anyway. I like to keep it nice!

The specifics:
Rent - £1,200 a month
Deposit - £1,240
Bills - circa £180-200 a month (includes: elec/gas, water, WiFi, council tax, cleaner x 2 a month, tv lisence)
