Big double in girls houseshare!

We are looking for a girl (27-32) to replace me in our 4 bed houseshare. I’m moving home for a bit to save some dolla!
The House:
It is a 4 bed houseshare situated in a safe, gated and quiet Mews in the heart of Clapham South. It's a 5 min walk to Clapham South tube, 10 min walk to Balham tube and rail station, 1 min walk to the nearest bus stop and you also have a Co-op, Sainsburys, M&S, Tesco all within a 5 min walk! The house has a garden, a big kitchen with a dining table & plenty of storage for each person, and a separate living room. We have a private landlord who we have a great relationship with and is super responsive. The house has 4 toilets in total (2 belong to en-suites upstairs, 1 family bathroom which is used by the other 2 housemates, and 1 downstairs toilet) so no one is ever waiting to have a wee when someone is in the shower 😂

This is a huge double room (largest in the house) with a juliet balcony; this room gets tons of natural light as there are windows on two sides of the room. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. *The room shares a bathroom with only 1 other person*

Bills not inc. approx £100+-

Current Housemates:
You'll be living with Brooke (Aus, 29), Amy (UK, 29) and Sam (Aus, 29) who are all professionals working full time.

You:
We are looking for a female professional who is friendly and who will be up for having a chat with the other housemates. We all have our own lives but get together when we can; we also love a bit of trash tv on the sofa! Important that you are clean and tidy, and want to keep a positive and friendly dynamic in the house.
