Short-term summer let: large room Clapham South

Beautiful, light, large double room with kingsize bed for a summer let from June 2026, all bills included. Ideal for interns/summer placements.

We are about 5-7 minutes' walk from Clapham South (Zone 2) and around 10 from Balham tube and mainline station. Great area with lots to do, excellent transport connections and green space to enjoy.

We're a family home so we're looking for someone who goes out to work/study rather than working from home during the day. If you need to work or study at home in the evenings, you’ll have quiet and privacy.

We would also be prepared to consider Monday to Friday stays - shorter or longer-term - for people who live outside London but need somewhere here a few nights during the week for a reduced rate (upon enquiry).

The room is large, quiet and airy and comes fully furnished. The house itself is decorated to a very high standard and has all the facilities you would need including good wifi.

We are situated on a lovely, quiet, tree-lined residential road moments from fantastic local facilities including many shops, restaurants, gyms etc... and the green spaces of Clapham Common and Tooting Commons.
