Hello prospective roomies!

I’m Fiona, a 32 year old Northerner working in Comms. 🤗 One of my flatmates is buying a place so there is a huge double room going in our cosy 3-bed flat. 🏡

Call me biased, but everything about the flat is just superb - which may go some way to explaining why I have lived here for 7 years now! Aside from the spacious communal areas that allow in lots of natural light, there is a big Tesco just 1min away, and Clapham South tube and Clapham Common are right on our doorstep. Plus, Balham is just a 7-minute walk down the road, and you can venture into central London on the northern line in 20 minutes!

The room is available from 1st November (negotiable) and is £975pcm bills excluded 💸 It is veryy spacious, fits a double bed, desk, has a fireplace and has ample storage.

~Bills tend to come to around £100 a month for water, gas and electric, council tax and internet.

A bit about me and our other flatmate, El, - we are sociable and try to take advantage of living in such a great city by keeping busy! I like going out to bars and restaurants, to pub quizzes, but I’m also partial to having a glass of wine while watching a bit of reality TV in the evening 🏝. El meanwhile is active and enjoys playing sports on the Common in her free time. It would be great to become friends with our new flatmate rather than it being just a ‘houseshare’.
