Beautiful Victorian flat with excellent transport links, just 5 minutes walking to Clapham South and Central London it’s just 25 minutes by tube. Two bus stops just in front the property. Clapham is one of the best neighbours in London with amazing parks, restaurants bars and shops. The flat has 3 bedrooms, at the moment in a room it’s my partner Antonio, me and our newborn baby boy. The room comes fully furnished, it is a double room ( single occupancy only) with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, small foldable desk and chair. The flat has a comfortable living room, shared toilet and fully fitted kitchen with all the essentials, all provided by us.
All bills are included, plus super fast WIFI and council tax.
We are looking for someone starting in mid September, someone very clean, friendly and willing to share a place with a baby. This is a family home so we want someone calm as a house is a peaceful one and not a party one. We can be a bit flexible with dates if we find the right fit.
