Single room in Clapham South

Hi!

Looking for a vegan/veggie girl to join the household in July. Professional wanted (no students srry), would love someone who is down for a pint but this is not a loud party household. I get up early and my sister works from home/the office, so ideal for someone similar.

About the room:
It's a cosy single but has sufficient storage space, with a large chest of draws, under-bed storage, and space for additional storage. The window faces out into the garden and gets plenty of sunlight during the day.

About the rest of the house:
We're on the ground floor on a quiet, residential street.
A shared lounge with a sofa, dining table, built-in storage/bookshelf, and my sisters dryer
Bathroom with bath and shower.
Very small kitchen, limited fridge and cupboard space with poor ventilation (not suitable for frequent cooking).
Decent-sized patio back garden.
Bills are included in the rent (will be going up slightly in September although still considerably less than others in the area).

A bit about the area:
We're about an 8-minute walk to Clapham South Tube (zone 2) and about 13 minutes to Balham train station (zone 3). The area is safe and quiet, but close enough to the bustling high street, where there are lots of pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. There's also lots of green space close by and we're within walking distance to Clapham, Tooting and Wandsworth commons. Getting into central is really easy, and takes roughly half an hour to get to most places, e. g. London Bridge, Kings Cross etc. Clapham South is also on the night tube on the weekends.
