AVAILABLE FROM 8th JANUARY till 29th JANUARY ONLY at £1000 for the whole period.

Shorter stay possible, but minimum one week at £400/week.
The room is really offered to help someone that's in-between flats, travels or visiting London.

Double room available (photos to come) to FEMALE ONLY in a 3 bedroom flat (1 room is a home office). The room has a double bed, chest of drawers a dressing table and chair.
You can work from your room but the living room is up for grab if you prefer.

All bills are included in the rent, along with bed linen, bath towels, kitchen spices/oils and all cleaning products (laundry detergent/softener, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid...)

The flat has recently been refurbished. The kitchen is open on the living room. It has a balcony and is located in a quiet 4 storeys building/estate. It's on the 3rd floor, with elevator.

All windows are overlooking trees which is very enjoyable and soothing.

Flat is 10 min walk from Clapham South Station (Northern) and 17 min from Balham Station (Northern and Trains).

Walking distance from Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Aldi, Costa, Joe & The Juice, Planet Organic, Prêt, Gail's, Boots, Superdrug, TKMaxx, Oliver Bonas, Anytime Fitness, Yoga/Pilates studios, plenty of charity shops, Pubs, Bars, Restaurants, Brunch places....
Meaning you can have everything you need and a good time out without having to take public transports.
