Double Bedroom in A Fun Shared House

Hello potential housemates

We have 1 double room available in our 7 bed house with a shared lounge and kitchen. The available room is on the 2nd floor and has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, side table.
We need someone that can take over the lease on 11th May 2024. We don't have a joint tenancy, just our own contract with the landlord.

The house is fully furnished and all bills are included (council tax, cleaning lady once a week). We have 3 bathrooms so no waiting on showers, a modern kitchen with a big cooker, 2 fridges and 2 washing machines. We have a big garden which has recently been paved and a sofa out there to enjoy the sun with drinks along with our hot tub.

The house is a quick easy 3-minute walk to the Clapham South tube station, on a nice street off the main road, so not much noise. Close to a Tesco, Sainsbury's and an M&S and only a few minutes walk to Clapham Common so ideally located!

The current housemates are:

Andre (English), business analyst aged 30,
Pija (Slovenian), events manager aged 27
Sean (Irish), software engineer aged 29,
Sean (English), works in film aged 29,
Samuel (English), accountant aged 23,
Pamela (Irish), software engineer aged 31

We all work in London, there has always been a good vibe in the house and everyone gets on really well. We enjoy socializing in the evenings after work when we can and are not opposed to a house drink (or five) and like to get together in the pub or for a night out! We know 7 people in the house sounds like a lot, but there is never an issue with waiting for a shower, the kitchen is big enough for at least 2 people to cook at the same, and to be honest it’s mostly only 3/4 of us that actually cook.

We are looking for a young professional who is easy going and happy to socialize with us and up for a laugh.
