I am renting out a lovely double bedroom with it’s own bathroom in a modern flat.

The flat is located within a 7-8 mins from both Clapham south and Balham tube stations.

The flat is on a quiet road and benefits from a rooftop terrace.

I am looking for someone who will treat the flat like their own and make themselves at home.
Someone who isn’t a party animal and constantly goes out.
I am tidy and respectful and would expect you to be as well.
Someone who works from home max 2 days a week.

I work in finance and go into the office 3 days a week. I like working out, going for runs and socialising with my friends.

A desk and other furniture can be added to the room if desired.
