Spacious double bedroom to rent in SW London

I have a beautiful, bright bedroom available to rent in a period flat in south-west London that is right in between Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common. With plenty of storage and a huge window overlooking our garden, it's a lovely space.

Clapham South is a 7-minute walk away. Northcote Road is about 5 minutes away, too. Plenty of coffee shops and supermarkets within walking distance.

There is a shared bathroom, an enormous living room with period features, and a fully equipped kitchen. The flat has very high ceilings, which gives it a really spacious feel, and we also have access to a large shared communal garden, which is shared between four flats but is almost always empty. It's great in the summer.

You'll be living with me, a freelance writer, and my friendly indoor cat. I work from home a lot so would be great to find someone who works in an office sometimes. Living with an indoor cat means needing to be careful with windows in the property (only opening them slightly so the cat can't escape / fall out) so I'd need someone who is okay with that.

This is a lovely, cosy space ideal for anyone needing a quiet London base that allows you to get into central London in about 20 minutes.
