Double Room in a shared house + garden and parking

*Still Available* Unfortunately one of our housemates is moving out, so we have one double bedroom to rent from the middle of October (could be flexible just working out the remainder of their contract). We’ve lived at the property for nearly 4 years now with the most recent housemate having been here for a year. We are 1 emergency service worker, a teacher and an event manager.

Brilliant links to the local bus nearby and walking distance to Clapham South tube or Streatham Hill Train.

The house is large with a shared kitchen and lounge as well as a large garden to enjoy the sun with no obstructions.
There is free parking outside the property on a private residential close.
The property has 2 toilets which is inclusive of a wet room.

We enjoy socialising when time permits and are looking for a new housemate!
