5 minutes walk from Clapham South tube station, 15 minutes walk from Balham tube station, 20 minutes walk from Clapham Junction train station. Excellent bus links.

1 minute walk away from Sainsbury’s and 8 minutes away from a large Tescos. 2 minutes from Clapham Common. A large selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby.

We have a shared garden, kitchen, storage room, and two bathrooms. Please note that there is *no shared living room* - the current living room as shown in the pictures will have a bed when the next person moves in.

Currently living at the house are two females and two males. Two females and one male are moving out over the next two months therefore we are looking to fill both rooms.

We are a friendly, relaxed household, happy for a chat in the kitchen at the end of a long day!

Rent is £720 per month and bills are an additional approx £120 per month.
