A spacious double bedroom, conveniently located less than a 5-minute walk from Clapham South.

Part of a shared house comprising three other bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a downstairs toilet.

Three other tenants all easy going guys working in professional roles, so ideally you would also be working a similar 9-5.

We are looking for a housemate who is considerate, tidy, and respectful towards others and the property.

The group enjoys the odd house night at the pub, everyone gets on really well and so not looking for anyone that might upset the balance.

Preferably no smoking.

Minimum lease duration is 9 months, as stated in the tenancy agreement which ends in February. R. e. the £980 deposit, let me know if any issues as may be able to waive it.
