Double room available from 10th June in Clapham South, 2 mins walk from the station ! We are renewing the lease so looking for someone who would stay long term.

The room is £1000 + bills (£80-100pcm), it’s a lovely sunny double with en-suite.

The flat is spacious with a huuuuge sunny kitchen and living room! There is big tesco, sainsburys and m&s all two mins walk away, as well as the common very close by!

You’ll be living with Charlie (26) who’s a social worker and me (25) who works in media ! We are looking for someone of a similar age, to become a friend not just a flatmate ! We both have quite busy schedules but love a chill night in during the week💝
