It's the largest room in the house, fully furnished and will come with the bed, rack, cupboard and chest of drawers. Flat has a huge open planned living, 2.5 bathrooms, a big backyard and a large shed.

- 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, you'll be sharing with 3 others but everyone is generally on pretty different schedules and haven't had any issues before

- Room gets a lot of sun in the morning so heats up pretty quickly!

- Room is huge and comfortably fits a double bed, desk and chair, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers, rack, cupboard and washing basket with space for any suitcases.

- 15 minute walk from Clapham South tube and Balham tube/overground station! Bus stop right outside the flat and more within a 2 minute walk which take you straight to Clapham Common, Brixton, Streatham etc!

You'll be sharing the flat with 3 Kiwis, 2 Aussies and a Brit ages 23-26, 3 boys and 4 girls currently, the flat has a lovely dynamic and everyone catches up around dinner time, we enjoy getting out on the weekends, going to the pubs around our gaff and heading out to football games. Male will be preferred to keep balance but open to all! No couples sorry!
