Room in Clapham South

🏠 I have a room available in Clapham South from early-mid July (exact date tbc). Sadly my housemate is moving out to live with her partner so I am looking for someone to renew the lease with on a two year contract (can pay a fee to make change if necessary to leave before).

Located on Cavendish Road
5min walk to Clapham South tube station, 5min walk to a big tesco. Close to Abbeville road and a 20min walk to Balham.

💰Rent/Rooms
£1040pcm this is the biggest room in the flat. It has a double bed and room plenty for a desk if wfh.
Bills usually work out around £100-£120ish a month
Deposit of £960 each

Housemates
Living with two 26 year old girls. Ideally I am looking for girls aged 24-30 who are easy going, fun, clean and respectful of the home. Would love to have housemates who can be friends but equally respect each others space.
