Double room available in Clapham South

Hi!

My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend at the end of our lease which finishes end of August. I am looking to renew the lease with a new flatmate.

About the flat:
The flat is a 2 bed 1 bathroom flat on the 3rd floor. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe and desk. The flat is a 5 minute walk to Clapham South station which is the northern line and gets you central in 25 mins. There are loads of restaurants and pub nearby and you have M&S, Sainsbury’s and a big Tesco all with in a 5 minute walk from the flat! You need to be on at least £30k and will need to provide proof to the leasing agent.

Bills are roughly £150 a month depending on the time of year.

About me:
I am 27 and work in travel PR. I work in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home. I am originally from the US but have been in London for 4.5 years and lived in Paris for a year before that. I love to travel so tend to have quite a few trips booked throughout the year either personally or for work. I enjoy going to reformer Pilates classes nearby a few times a week and love watching Telly or reading a good book. I have a good group of friends in London so not expecting anything from my new housemate but of course would love to live with someone who wouldn’t mind a glass of wine or trip to the pub from time to time! I’m quite independent and love my alone time especially after long days at work so would like to live with someone who won’t be offended if I just chill in my room after work or keep to myself some days.
