Double room available in Clapham South

Hi!

I am moving to Australia with my boyfriend and looking for someone to take over my lease from the 1st of March until end of August with potential to renew the lease after. I have been in this flat for almost 2 years and have loved it. The leasing agents are so good about fixing things quickly if needed. The neighbours are quiet and respectful.

About the flat:
The flat is a 2 bed 1 bathroom flat on the 3rd floor. The room comes with a bed, built-in wardrobe and bedside tables. The flat is a 5 minute walk to Clapham South station which is the northern line and gets you central in 25 mins. There are loads of restaurants and pub nearby and you have M&S, Sainsbury’s and a big Tesco all within a 5 minute walk from the flat! You need to be on at least £30k and will need to provide proof to the leasing agent.

Bills are roughly £150 a month depending on the time of year.

About the flatmate:
Elle is 30 years old originally from Manchester and loves to stay active. Enjoys park runs, swims and yoga. Elle mostly works from home but occasionally is in the office. When at home she works from her room as there are desks in both rooms. Elle is tidy and enjoys watching Telly after work in the living room. She is looking to live with another female between 27-34 years old, who is also tidy and looking to be friends while living together but still respects each others space.

We are looking to do viewings w/c 6th January.

Anyone living here needs to be on at least £30k or will need to have a guarantor.
