Room in flat close to Clapham South tube

Hi there,
I am moving out of this bright and lovely 2 bedroom apartment that I have been renting with my partner. My partner Marta will be staying in the flat and keeping one room. I will be visiting 1-2 weekends a month from wales. We have decided to rent out the other room as it’s such a lovely flat in a good location- it seems a waste of space at the moment.

Marta is from Italy and is working as an engineer from home for 2 days a week and is in central London for the rest of the week. She is super clean and tidy, loves gym classes, yoga and cycling and is happy to have a night in but is often out with friends for dinner or drinks.

We do have a cleaner coming to the flat every 2 weeks to do an overall deeper clean but generally we keep it very clean and organised in between that. We also have a little balcony which we have put a table and chairs for two on so in the summer you can enjoy breakfast with a nice view over some trees. We have all the furnishings for the flat so this is ideal if you’re looking for a 6 month or so rental and don’t want to have to buy virtually anything to move in so you can stay light on luggage.
