Lovely home looking for new housemate

Hi there,

We’re Becky, Jess, and Katy — good friends living in a spacious 4-bedroom house (with a bonus spare room for visiting friends and family). We’re looking for a friendly new housemate to join us — open to guys or girls!

The available room is a good-sized double, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and built-in shelves. Pictures available.

It’s available immediately for a minimum stay of 3 months and up to 6 months, with the possibility to extend. The house is currently on the market, hence the flexible timeline.

The house itself is a charming, multi-level Victorian home owned by Ruth, a lovely local vicar who lives just around the corner if needed. The bedroom is on the upper level,, and the house includes:
Two bathrooms
Two large living rooms
A bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area
A small, pretty garden.

We’re located on a quiet, pedestrian-friendly street, just a 5-minute walk from Clapham South station (Northern line). At the end of the road, you'll find a large Tesco and M&S Food, and we’re close to all the cafes, bars, pubs, and shops around Clapham Common — not to mention the park itself, perfect for runs, bootcamps, tennis, or just relaxing.

Rent is paid monthly. Bills are not included and typically come to around £150/month, covering council tax, utilities, broadband, and a cleaner.

We’re looking for a sociable, tidy, and easygoing person who enjoys good food, the occasional glass of wine (or drink of choice), and a relaxed vibe. While we love hanging out, this isn’t a party house — more a welcoming and happy home.
