We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home from 30th June (date flexible) 5 minute walk from Clapham South station!

The flat
-It’s an upstairs flat with nice natural light, a shared homely living space good for hanging out in the evenings and watching TV. A kitchen and bathroom with bath. Lots of attic storage.
-Large backyard perfect for hosting summer BBQs and sunbathing during summer!!
-The bedroom is cosy and has a closet and more space for clothes in the hallway. No room for a desk but there is a dining room that I have used with no problem when I WFH.

Location
-5 minute walk to Clapham South station
-5 minute walk to Clapham Common. Very close to cafes like Lockdown Bakehouse and Natas, and pubs including the Avalon, Devonshire, The Grove
-10 minute walk to Balham with many pubs, bars and brunch places

Housemates
Current housemates aged 27 and 30. One Brit, one kiwi. Everyone gets along well, with each having their own social circle but equally keen for a local pub quiz when anyone is free. Would love to find a new housemate with a similar vibe.
Faith – TV publicist, loves a pub quiz and going out socialising with friends, and loves some TV time when she’s home.
Tim – into lots of different things like travelling, snowboarding, board games, ultimate frisbee and going for a beer.

£855 rent plus roughly £118 (this includes council tax, gas & electric, wifi, water, tv licence)
Deposit £900

Ideally looking for someone sociable, tidy, would be keen to hang out but we all have our own lives and do our own thing too!
