Hello! I have a large double room available in a 2-bedroom flat share. The flat is in a brilliant location, less than 10 minutes to Clapham South tube station and just a minute to the nearest bus stop. The flat comes with parking, bike storage, and is in a gated community which is safe, secure and managed locally. Balham is also just 10 minutes away with Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Co-op, Aldi, and lots of bars and restaurants.

The room comes furnished or unfinished, with a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. My current flat mate is also selling their bed and extra wardrobe if interested. The flat has a living room and spacious kitchen, plus all the amenities: washing machine and drier, gas cooker, dishwasher, central heating, and broadband. There is also a communal garden, which is perfect for relaxing in the sun (if we get any!).

I'm looking for someone easy going, clean, tidy and who will treat the flat like their home.
