Hi, we are looking for a professional individual or couple (23-30) to take the larger king-sized ensuite bedroom within our rented two-bedroom house to replace our outgoing flatmates.

- King-sized bedroom with modern ensuite (not bed shown in photo)
- King-sized bed & mattress
- Two wooden bedside tables (different to in photo)
- Mirror
- Bookcase
- Chest of drawers (different to in photo)
- Desk not included

The House:

- Large kitchen, large separate living room and small outside patio

Location:

- 5-minute walk to Clapham South Tube Station (Clapham Common, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S + pubs)
- 10-minute walk to Balham station (Sainsbury's, Aldi + shop & pubs)
- 10-minute walk to Wandsworth Common

About us:

Erin (25) works in Digital Marketing, Myles (26) works in Finance, WFH approximately 2 days per week. We are a relaxed, sociable couple, who love to go to the pub together with friends, but also really appreciate downtime spent at home. We have lived in multiple houseshares and like to keep communal spaces tidy and enjoy spending time both with housemates or separately.

Room is £1500 with bills not included.
