We have two rooms available in our lovely 4 bed house in Clapham South. Just an 8 min walk to Clapham South station (Northern Line) and an easy stroll to both Clapham and Tooting Common. The house has an open plan kitchen and dining room that opens out to our garden out the back, 1 bathroom and a separate living room.

Both rooms are available from 12th August and it's a 12 month contract. They both come furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. Rent is £845 per month with bills roughly £150 for each room.

You’d be sharing with two friendly and sociable gals (25-28) who work full-time and are always up for a chat but also respect each other's space - so ideally looking for someone with a similar vibe!
