This is a large and bright double bedroom available from the 27th July, it’s in a stunning new build house just off of Tooting Common. It is is only a 5-10 min walk to Balham tube station so extremely convenient.

When we moved in to the house a year ago we were the first people to live in the house so it was immaculate and still remains to be the case. It has every thing that you may need.

I’m looking to move out with my girlfriend so looking for someone to pick up the remaining part of my tenancy which which would be 11 months from the 27th July.

The other tenants are all working professionals and the house has always been respectful of personal space, but the living space is very social in the evenings.
