Double room in Clapham South

Beautiful double room going in a cute flat in Clapham South. The rent is about £900 pcm and with bills usually comes to about £1000 in the summer and £1030 in the winter, and thankfully we are in the Wandsworth Council Tax catchment. The room itself it a good size, has plenty of storage, furnished and clean. The flat is cozy, in a fantastic spot and has everything you need! Room is available from the 28th of July but we can be a little flexible if needed. :)

Clapham South Tube (24/7 Northern line) is less than a 5 minute walk away, Balham overground station is a 15 minute walk and Clapham Junction station is a 30 minute walk - there's also plenty of buses to get you to these places too if needed! We are situated pretty much right at the bottom of Clapham Common, so the park is on your door step. We have a Tesco Superstore less than 5 minutes aware, a small Sainsbury's a 2 minute walk away and plenty of other grocery stores and shops on the high street not far at all. There are a plethora of good pubs around and a few gyms not too far either.

As for myself, I am super easy-going, friendly and clean. I work in the office 5 days a week and play netball a few nights a week also, so you'll definitely have plenty of your own space to work from home or have the place to yourself. Would love to be friends with my flatmate, and I'm always down for cute dinners or hot girl walks, but also have my own friends in London and respect people need their own time/space.
