The Room:
Unusually extra large bright double bedroom in a spacious two bedroom flat. Room has a built-in wardrobe and a king sized bed.

Current housemate has her own chest of draws, bedside table etc. The new chest of draws will remain.

The room looks out to a quiet communal back garden.

Bills £168 per month - Council tax, TV license, gas and electricity, water, broadband.

The Flat: A large lounge/dinning room, separate kitchen, toilet and bathroom. All rooms are tastefully decorated and in a good state. There is a small balcony with a small table and chairs overlooking the garden. The flat came unfurnished except for the bed in the bedroom available.

This flat is a quiet, relaxing place. The garden is communal. The street is leafy and well looked after and we are lucky to be within walking distance of Wandsworth and Clapham common. Balham and Clapham south tubes are a short walk away and Wandsworth Common train station is near too.

About Jaqueline:
My name is Jaqueline, I work for a bank in central London, in the accounts dept. I’m a very tidy person and take great care of my living space, I’m a happy positive person who likes a cosy clean home. I am respectful of my housemates' space and like this to be returned. I enjoy a coffee or the odd champagne, cocktail and watching netflix/prime, a good British period drama.

I love my plants and get great enjoyment seeing them flourish. Our neighbours in our block of flats are wonderful. We look out for each other and occasionally will go out for breakfast or drink in our local. We enjoy the back garden and even the odd BBQ’s when the sun is out.

About you:
It would be great to find a new housemate who is professional, values a clean and tidy home, is kind and who like me, sees the flat as a home. Hopefully we will share similar likes and can hang out in the lounge for a catchup, watch a movie etc, but also have our own lives!
