Large Double Avaliable in Clapham/Balham

Hi All,

We have a large double available in our Clapham South/Balham home. We've been in the house for a year now and really enjoy it here.

• Clapham South: 10/15 mins from Clapham South/Balham tube stations
• £1050 a month excl bills (we pay 150 into the bills account which covers everything)
• 3 flatmates - Kieren, Craig and Nihal

Amenities: Driveway / Large garden / Large living room/kitchen / access to own bathroom.

We're all mates and like to hang out in the evenings / go to the pub / play sports.

Equally we're all clean/tidy and respectful of each others space so we would need someone who matches that also.

We're looking for the right fit so please let us know if you're interested with information about yourself (when you're looking to move, job etc).
