The bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. The bed is king-sized with a year old Simba mattress. The windows let in lots of light and look over green space. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and built in cabinets and mirrors.

The third bedroom is used as a home working space and for extra storage (there is an additional wardrobe for each of the two bedrooms).

The flat is modern and fresh on a quiet tree lined street. There is large kitchen with dining space. The kitchen has fully built-in cupboards with plenty of storage. The dual aspect living room has a separate dining area, and gets plenty of light from both sides. There is also a balcony for sunny days!

The flat has a gated car-park with a designated parking space which you can use exclusively.

Clapham South tube, Clapham common and Balham are all about 12 min walk away with lots of great coffee shops, restaurants etc.

I am a 39 year old female professional (lawyer). My partner lives abroad and I visit him for extended stays regularly so you would have the flat to yourself quite often. I am into the usual cliches - good food, coffee, travel, working out!
