Huge Room in Clapham South!

I’m reluctantly moving out of this gorgeous flat, and am looking for someone to replace me.

You’ll be joining Henry (26) who is a doctor, and Louise (24) who works in advertising. The flats always had the perfect balance of doing sociable stuff together (drinks, running, pub quizzes etc), and individual down time!

The room is a huge double that lets in lots of light, it has windows on both sides, one looking out onto a private driveway, and the other into a beautiful green courtyard.

The flat itself is also big and bright, there is a huge kitchen and living area.

The flat is less than 5 mins walk to Clapham South Station, and has a big Tesco which is also a 5 min walk.

The rent is exclusive of bills which come to around £130pm, and a deposit of £1153.66 is required.
