3 bedrooms in house between Balham & Clapham South

The house consists of 4 double bedrooms, one upstairs bathroom with shower and bath, one downstairs toilet, a lounge and a kitchen/dinner table with doors onto our patio garden space.

The first room is slightly larger and is £865, while the other two rooms are the same size and are both £855. All rooms have a double bed (2 of them have king size beds) as well as space for a desk for WFH.

The street is very quiet and is only down the road from the common. We are within a 5 minute walk from Clapham South tube station, a 30 minute walk to Clapham junction train station and a 15 minute walk to Balham station. There is on street parking available you'll just have to sort a permit with Wandsworth council.

I’ve been here six months now and really love it. I’m a 26 year old civil servant who’s out playing sports a lot in the week but keen to find housemates who are up for chilling and watching tv or having dinner together when possible. The house has been 2 guys 2 gals and keen to keep it mixed.

The move in date is set for the 11th September so looking to get this finalised by 11th August. I don’t have premium so will start responding to messages on 24th July to organise viewings.
