Long term tenancy in Clapham South 9th Sep

Hi girls,

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in our lovely house in Clapham South from 9th September as I’m moving in with my boyfriend

Rent is £1332 per month exc bills which roughly come to £100 (council tax is around 35 pp per month as it’s Wandsworth)

You’d be taking over my contract from 9th September 2024 - 19th June 2025 and living with the most wonderful girls - Marie (26), Charlie (29) and Meg (30) who enjoy relaxed evenings in and occasionally cooking together.

Details:
- Large double room, fully furnished (bed wardrobe, chest of draws), and there is space for a desk and chair
- 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house, you’d be sharing the bathroom with one other person
- Shared communal areas (living room, separate kitchen / dining room and garden)
- 5 min walk from Clapham South tube station with a large Tesco right by it, and lots of brunch places / bakeries nearby in Balham

Tenancy requirements from the landlord:
- Full time employment with a permanent contact
- Pass reference checks / right to rent e. g earning 2.5 x your share of the rent
