Double bedroom in Clapham

We have a cozy double room available in our three-bedroom flat with a sunny living room and a garden.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, table.
The flat is located in Clapham South, a great area with convenient transport links and amenities. Few mins from Clapham Common, very quiet and safe street.
About us: we're two girls, one working in theatre and the other as an analyst. We have different schedules but enjoy hanging out when we can, watching TV, or sharing meals. We're looking for a tidy, easy-going flatmate who treats the flat as their home and enjoys socializing time to time rather than just staying in their room. Ideally, you work hybrid, spending a few days in the office.
