Large furnished double room in amazing location directly off Clapham Common. Just 5 minutes walk from Clapham South tube station Zone 2. I have absolutely loved living in this flat the last 4 years, which also includes the use of a gym, small swimming pool and huge roof terrace with views as far as the shard (all included, yes we know this is a steal)! There is also a bike store.

I’ll be sad to leave this place and the lovely housemates Simra (26) and Amy (25). They’re very sociable, respectful and easy going. Both do a mix of hybrid working, and there is plenty of space for working from home in the available room. The room has beautiful original windows, lots of storage and comes with the bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

Please note, there is NO LIVING ROOM. However, this has never stopped us socialising, often sharing flat meals, nipping to one of the many local pubs or convening on the roof terrace. We have a tiny spare room which we usually use for drying clothes and for when guests stay over. We’re looking for an equally easy-going, clean and tidy female flatmate to join.

Tenancy takeover date between 25th-28th August. There sadly isn’t much flexibility on this.
