Small, cozy double room going in a cute flat in Clapham South. The rent is £900 pcm and with bills usually comes to about £1000 in the summer and £1020 in the winter, and thankfully we are in the Wandsworth Council Tax catchment. The room is small but has plenty of storage, is furnished and clean. The flat is lovely, in a fantastic spot and has everything you need (Yes washer dryer and dishwasher included)! Room is available from Saturday the 5th of October. :)

Clapham South Tube (24/7 Northern line) is less than a 5 minute walk away, Balham overground station is a 15 minute walk and Clapham Junction station is a 30 minute walk - there's also plenty of buses to get you to these places too if needed! We are situated pretty much right at the bottom of Clapham Common, so the park is on your door step. We have a Tesco Superstore less than 5 minutes away, a small Sainsbury's a 2 minute walk away and plenty of other grocery stores and shops on the high street not far at all. There are a plethora of good pubs around and a few gyms not too far either.

I am sadly moving out to go back home to Australia, but live with Abby - a lovely Irish gal who is super friendly, clean and easy-going.
