Bedroom available in friendly house

We currently have an amazing room available from Saturday 19th October.

We have just secured one girl for the other room that was on offer, and you’ll both be moving in at the same time.

About us
Chloe and Liv are moving to Sydney, after meeting through the house and now really good friends, which is why the two rooms are now available.

You’ll be living with Trent, 29 from Australia and has been in London for 2.5 years now. Tries to stay healthy with balance of gym and beer. An even split between from WFH and office and always down for a pub session. Big fan of football and all sports in general

Charlie, 29 from Surrey. Works in media with a balance of 3 days in the office and the other two WFH. He enjoys travelling, festivals, bottomless brunching at the weekend, walks around the common, reading a book in a local coffee shop and usually ending the night at the Two Brewers!

We’re looking for a girl, between 27-32, to fill the room to keep the balance. We’re looking for people we can become real friends with and all hang out, but also we respect everyone’s own time and have their own lives.

Liv and I have had the best time living with Trent and Charlie, we’ve made life long friends, and whoever comes in will be so lucky and will have so much fun!

About the house and rooms

- Great kitchen with large island, bifold doors and a garden. You’ll get your own large cupboard to store your food. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher all included.

- ⁠Shared front room space with TV.

- 1 toilet room downstairs and 2 bathrooms.
AVAILABLE - Bedroom 2: £1165 per month. Doesn’t include bills.
Large double bedroom on the top floor with natural light through the skylights. Wardrobe space and can easily WFH. You will also have your own bathroom.

NOW TAKEN - Bedroom 1: £1065 per month. Doesn’t include bills.
Large double bed, massive wardrobe space. Comes with bedside tables. Can easily wfh in the space. You will share the bathroom with 2 others. - TAKEN

All bills come to around £130 approx each month but flex in the summer and winter. We have a cleaner that comes bi-weekly to clean the communal areas.
