I'm moving back to Australia and am looking for someone to take over my room in this beautiful 2 bedroom flat near Clapham South!
The room is a spacious king bedroom, with it's own bathroom and loads of built in storage.
The furniture in the room is mine, but I will be looking to sell it before I move out - preferably to the new tenant (for a very reasonable price) :)
We are less than 10 minute walk to Clapham South and Balham and 15 minutes to Wandsworth Common and Clapham Junction. The flat is walking distance to shops, parks, bars and restaurants.
You’d be living with Ciara (36), Irish who has been living in London for nearly 10 years and work in Finance.
Bills are about £150pm.
There is a large lounge with huge bay windows and high ceilings. The flat is full of light. We are ideally looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of this beautiful space.
There is a large shared back garden with table and chairs which is lovely in the summer months.
