Room in Clapham South

A great room for a good price located in clapham south. Just off the common and 5 min walk to Tube, this house is in an ideal location. The house itself has a great living space (great for having people over) for london, really big open planned kitcen/living room and a bonus outdoor area. There is a big tesco, M&S and sainsburies 5/10 minute walk, along with some great pubs and cafes nearby.

The room has a double bed and room for small desk, has great storage and gets plenty of natural lights., however the room is on the smaller side so it reflected in the price. You will be sharing a bathroon with two other rooms, however there is also a washroom downstairs.

You will be living with Susan(australian), Ameilia (kiwi) and Shane (irish) who are all professionals that work a mix in the office and at home. They are all a lovely bunch that likes to hangout but also keep to themselves.

We are looking for a respectfull and friendly house mate to take my place as I am having to return home to Australia unfortunarly.
