Heating is good throughout winter, and the room is relatively quiet! The room is situated at the end of the interior landing, with space to store shoes & little bits outside the room itself.

The kitchen & living area is a great space to entertain friends or socialise as a house, with multiple comfy sofas & a dining table. The kitchen has a dishwasher, helping to keep the work surfaces clean of washing up.
