We have a fantastic room available in a light and bright 2-bedroom flat located between Balham and Clapham South. You'll be taking over a spacious room with ample built-in wardrobe space, a comfy ottoman double bed, and a desk—perfect for working from home.

The flat includes a lovely shared bathroom and the rent is £1250 per month, with approximately £110 on top for bills and council tax.

You'll be sharing with a friendly girl in her early twenties who enjoys a cozy night in watching series, cooking dinner together, and keeping the flat tidy. Ideally, you'd be super friendly, keen on making new friends in London, and enjoy activities like running, dining out, and grabbing drinks on the weekend.

Move in would be late September/early October but need to be flexible.
