Double room in cute garden flat

Hello!

I'm looking for someone to join me in my lovely two bed flat in Clapham South. My flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so I have a spacious double room available at the end of October. The room may be available a little earlier possibly!

The flat is 2 floors, which makes it feel more like a little house. The room has a double bed and is furnished with a huge built-in wardrobe and loads of storage space. There is also a sink in the room which is quite handy.

The kitchen has everything you could want, loads of cupboard/fridge space. There's a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen too.

We have a gorgeous patio outside, which has been my flatmate's baby over the years so we have lots of flowers and plants that are still looking lush at the end of this summer. I can't promise it will stay this way left in my amateur hand... Our front door is also around the back of the building so there's lots of privacy and our street is very quiet.

We are ideally located between Clapham South, Balham and Wandsworth Common they are all short walks away, max. 15 mins in any direction, so there are tonnes of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops etc. It's an 8 minute walk to Clapham South tube and a 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Common station or Balham station and about 25 mins to Clapham Junction. The nearest supermarket is a Sainsbury's garage which is a 5 minute walk. There's also a big Sainsbury's in Balham or a big Tescos at Clapham South along with an M&S.

Currently our bills come to approximately £140pp per month, including G&E, broadband, water, tv license and Council Tax. We are in Wandsworth Council Band D (which is one of the cheapest in London!).

You'll be sharing the flat with me, I'm Nat, a 34 year old Kiwi who works in finance, I've been in London coming up 9 years and I have been here in this flat for two years. I love coffee, wine, reading and travel, and am more than a bit addicted to Below Deck and Selling Sunset.

I'm looking for someone to join me in my wee home whose friendly, clean and tidy and who is looking for their own next cosy home!
