I am moving out of a lovely Victorian conversion so my bedroom is available for single occupancy. It’s a good size, comes furnished with a built in wardrobe and is at the back of the house with nobody above or looking directly in.

Sharing the bathroom with one other who is only at the house a couple of nights a week so it’s basically your own private bathroom! Large open plan kitchen / living area with Sky TV, netflix, disney, prime, there is a space to work from home, and all appliances included. We also have the insurance for the house.

There is a couple on the top floor with their own ensuite. All housemates are working professionals between 30-33. Everyone is friendly and get on well (watching tv together, chatting, having a few drinks) but also respective of each others space.

The house is on a quiet residential street (with on street parking) that is a short walk to Clapham South, Clapham Common and Balham. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep, and both Clapham and Tooting Commons.
