Double room available in lovely 2 bed flat share in Clapham South, 5 minute walk to Clapham South tube station, ten minute walk to Balham station. We have lots of lovely coffee shops at the end of the road, local co-op, Clapham Common and big Tesco five minutes down the road.

THE FLAT
Big, bright, beautiful room available. The room comes furnished, with a bed, and chest of drawers; there are built-in wardrobes which are massive and a cute window seat that has storage underneath. The room is big enough for a desk if needed.

There is a shared bathroom, separate toilet and a spacious kitchen with dining table. Plenty of parking on the street outside with a permit.

Bills around £130 each (depending on season)
Bills are split equally. I take responsibility for electricity. Current housemate who is leaving takes the council tax, broadband and water - new housemate would take these - and we keep a tally in a spreadsheet and pay out the difference each month (usually 10/20 quid or so)

The landlady is very nice, she spends a lot of time in China but she will likely want to do a facetime with you to say hello, etc.

Hi I'm Hannah! I'm originally from up North but been in London 7 years.
I am a professional who works in central London; I never work from home so if you do you will have the place to yourself a lot. This flat is very much a home for me and I keep it cosy and clean. I am looking for someone who is chilled, easy-going, kind and respectful. I don't do cleaning rotas or tit-for-tat, if it needs doing I do it and vice-versa, peace is key for me. I do have a busy work/social life but would love to meet someone I can call a friend, go to the pub with etc. Also the cat does not live in the flat unfortunately!
