Double Room in Clapham South, 5 mins to tube

Hey all, we're looking for someone to move into our 4-bed Clapham South flat as our current flatmate is moving out. It's perfectly located with the Clapham South tube station less than a 5 minute walk, the Common on your doorstep, and Clapham High St and Balham just down the road.

The kitchen is fully-fitted with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, and your own cupboard and fridge-freezer. The living room is big, and connects to the balcony which is a treat in summer. There are two bathrooms, so you'll only have to share with one other. The bedroom itself is a double with space for a desk for WFH. It comes with a double wardrobe and a personal TV.

You'll be living with 3 easy-going, young professionals (one girl, two guys) in their mid-20s who equally like their own space but prefer having a social flat. We enjoy chill TV nights, trips to the pub quiz and occasional nights out, so we're looking for someone to fit the same vibe!

Rent is £850 not incl. bills (although it does include fees of a cleaner that comes every month). Bills are cheap as Wandsworth has such low council tax (Council Tax Band C).

The contract is 1-month rolling, provided you find a replacement when you leave.

Move in date is flexible, but ideally between 12th October - 3rd November.
