Room available in lovely house based in Clapham South.
Gated mews 3 minute walk from Clapham South tube station and a ten minute walk to Balham train station. Very safe area we have one neighbour attached to us in the mews. Next to the Avalon, we are 3 minute walk to M&S, and Sainsburys and a big tescos. Have a coop and Waitrose 10 minute walk from us.
We are looking for a girl to move into our double room on the second floor from April 1st with a shared bathroom.
Steph Char and myself are between the ages of 26-29- looking for someone in this age bracket and not a student. We all get along well and like to watch married at first sight and enjoy nights out together we also take occasional runs (Steph and Char are much better than me!). We are a combination of full time office work and work from home. Due to the size of the room we would recommend that our new house mate works in the office five days a week as there isn’t enough space for a desk in the bedroom or if there is it would be small.
We are looking for someone to fit into our dynamic we have at the moment. We rotate cleaning responsibilities each week of the communal areas. This covers the kitchen, bins, dining room area, hallway stairs, lounge and downstairs bathroom. This equates to us doing it once a month each. We split the cost of shared products eg kitchen roil, dishwasher tablets, cleaning sprays.
The bedroom is the smallest in the house but serves its purpose. It comes with the wardrobe chest of draws and the bed. Has a perfect amount of storage under the bed. You would share a bathroom with one other. We all use the communal areas regularly, kitchen is very decent size and fits four of us comfortably cooking in there. We have a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Small but practical garden for bbqs in the summer also space for new house mate to bring a bike if wanted.
