Double Room in Sociable Clapham South Flat!

Hellooo!

Our super lovely flatmate is moving out to join a friend so we’re now looking for someone to take over her room in our lovely 3-bed in Clapham South from 22nd October . We had someone take the room however they’ve had to drop out due to the move in dates not aligning so the ad is up again!

You’d be sharing with two other gorgeous sociable gals (including me!) and we’re both full time working

- I’m 27 and I work in Tech as a Recruiter
- Kate is 29 and works in HR for a Uni

We’re all sociable gals who enjoy doing stuff as a house whether that’s out for drinks/food/common walk or chatting /watching trash TV at home.

We also have our own stuff going on with our own groups of friends etc so we’ve got a good balance going on!

Would love to find another girl (must be 26+) who fits the vibe of the house, wanting to be a friend not just a housemate (classic cliche but very true!)

- Clapham South station: 2 min walk
- 2 min walk from big tesco, Perky Nel etc
- 2 min walk from the Common and also 5min walk and you’re in Balham
- 10min walk to Balham station / Aldi , shops etc
-lots of cute coffee shops and restaurants near by aswell

Feels a very safe place to live in which is obviously invaluable, and the landlord is lovely and super quick and attentive to any maintenance things we text her about!
